DO YOU SHIP ORDERS DO FOREIGN COUNTRIES?

Yes, our site allows shipments to all EU countries. In the case of shipments outside the EU we accept orders through email or Telephone, because they will have extra costs of customs.

THE VALUES ON THE SITE HAVE VAT?

Yes, all prices on the site already have a portuguese VAT of 23%.

I WANT TO DESIGN A SALON, BARBERSHOP OR AESTHETIC CENTER, HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?

As you can see in our online store we have lots of equipment for hairdressers, barbershops and aesthetics.

We work with brands ACB, AGV, Ceriotti, Pietra Nera and others.

Contact us for a more personal service and a budget tailored to you. We can also make a scheme with our architect.

We design, plan and export everything you need.

We can also plan and assemble kits for professionals.

DO YOU EXPORT PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?

Yes, if you have NIF or VIES (European Taxpayer Number), we can place orders exported through a freight forwarder that will not have the cost of 23% Portuguese VAT, paying only the taxes of the importing country.

I ALREADY PAID, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We try to be as fast as possible when sending orders, but sometimes the products are out of stock and can take a little longer. If they are in stock the orders are sent the day after the payment and arrive the day following. Shipments are made via Chronopost to mainland Portugal and by CTT or carriers to the Islands. Overseas orders will also be sent by Chronopost and usually will take 3 to 5 business days. Only 1 day for Spain.

The shipments through Chronopost receive an email confirming the order and an SMS with the delivery times, so you should always provide a mobile phone contact.

COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION AND ARRIVAL TIMES?

The value of the shipping costs to mainland Portugal are 5€ and free for orders bigger then 80€.

For the islands the value is 12€ and free for orders bigger then 200€

The values ​​for foreign countries are fixed and independent of weight and volume, although in cases of great value discrepancy they may have an extra cost. All shipments are made by Chronopost, except Spain that is sent by EMS.

– Spain – 10€ next day or 1 day.

– Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom (UK, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), Czech Republic And Austria – 25€ and 2 to 5 days

– Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia and Sweden – 35€ and 5 to 6 days

– Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Serbia – 45€ and 5 to 10 days

– Switzerland – € 42.50 due to customs clearance and 4 to 5 days

– Norway – 50 € due to customs clearance and 4 to 7 days

WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE ORDERS?

First you must register on our website and you will have access to the Store where you can view all available articles. The second step is to add to the shopping cart the products you want to purchase. Once you have all the products that you want to purchase you should confirm the entire order. To finalize the order you only have to choose the payment method and the shipping method.

I WANT TO PAY ONLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?

No, we do not currently work with charge on destination shipments.

THE SITE PRICES DIFFER FROM THE PRICES IN THE SHOPS, WHY

The price of the website is a discounted price specially formulated for online customers.

It has several disadvantages vis-à-vis the customers of our stores namely, not being able to see the products, test them directly (some types of articles) and has the value of the transport. The only advantage is having the discount.

Customers who want to benefit from the prices of the site will have to place the order directly on the site.

The professionals benefit from these prices in our stores through the presentation of proof.

ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNTS?

The minimum order value is € 5.

I FINISHED THE ORDER AND PURCHASED BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT TO DO?

If your order is pending for one or more items that are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the waiting time. If you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel, or if you accept the waiting time, you will have to pay and wait until the product is available.

– Bank transfer – you can pay at portuguese ATM’s (MB) or through homebanking

– Paypal – With your account or with a credit card

– MB Reference – uses your portuguese ATM (MB) card, can pay at ATM’s (ATM) or through homebanking

WHAT IS GUARANTEE OF YOUR ARTICLES?

The warranty for professional items is 6 months.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

All cancellations must be made within a maximum of 48 hours by contacting the telephone numbers 21 411 62 34 or 21 411 27 12 or via the comercial@jorgegoncalves.pt.

If the order was allready sent we won’t return the shipment cost and the client is responsible for the return of the item.

ALREADY PERFORMED THE PAYMENT BUT CANCELED THE ORDER, HOW DO I GET THE MONEY BACK?

The method of return of payment will be equal to the method of payment made by the client: bank transfer or Paypal.

Returns will be made by the customer, unless the error is ours or the shipment company.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

After delivery of the order has a maximum of 7 days to make the complaint and 15 days until the receipt of the order in our facilities. After these dates the complaints will not be answered.

We will only be responsible for errors of ours or the shipment company, we will not return the shipping costs and / or the postage of the return in case the error was the customer.
